It’s Always Perfect Weather for a McCafé Beverage!

No matter what the weather’s like outside, it’s always the perfect time to enjoy a McCafé drink at McDonald’s.

This innovative concept probably rings a bell, because it was the Western Canada winner in the most recent edition of the Astral Out of Home Carte Blanche contest. Created by Cossette, this exciting campaign displays the outdoor temperature in real time and recommends an appropriate McCafé beverage based on current weather conditions.
For the second consecutive year, the Carte Blanche contest has generated a creative and imaginative McDonald’s concept that has won the top prize of a $50,000 out-of-home campaign, to be deployed on digital billboards across Western Canada.
In the Vancouver Metropolitan Area, Astral Out of Home selected large-format billboards from its digital network based on their strategic positioning along Highway 1, near Vancouver North – the area’s most populated suburb. The McDonald’s campaign will be deployed August 3rd to August 30th.
