The « Chuck » series finale on Ztélé gets a great reception on social media

On November 13, Ztélé hosted a Facebook chat session during the series finale of Chuck, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. During that hour, Ztélé’s Facebook page 616 likes, 483 comments and 14 shares, for a total of 1,113 user-generated news feeds!  

Ztélé’s 5 posts on Facebook generated a total of 50,649 impressions in the 12 hours following the chat session. The post that reached the most followers was published at 8:58 p.m. (Quelle belle finale! Quel est votre plus beau souvenir de Chuck et Sarah?), reaching 7,586 people. This final episode benefited from an advertising campaign aiming at increasing the Facebook page’s reach.

At the end of the day, Ztélé’s Facebook page had 96 new fans, which is 4 times more than the average in the last 28 days.

Finally, the Facebook chat session allowed Ztélé to increase its fan engagement and seek new likes among the community.
