The Chefs' Line


In commercial kitchens there exists a clear hierarchy and structure known as The Line. In this series we use this hierarchy as the trigger for a high stakes competition. Four Amateur Home Cooks take on a whole Professional Restaurant - cooking against one Chef each episode, starting with the humble Commis Chef and going right up to the Head Chef.
