STARS TO THE RESCUE (NEW SPECIAL) Saturday, June 10 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT Narrated by SNL’s Cecily Strong, the heartwarming one-hour special shares how celebrities including Boston Bruins’ David Backes, actress Selma Blair, Olympic medalist Aly Raisman, and many more first met their cute and cuddly canines, and how their dogs have impacted and transformed their lives for the better. THE GUARDIANS (NEW SERIES) Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT beginning June 20 The all-new Animal Planet series features Guardians of Rescue founder and President Rob Misseri and his dynamic team: Dori, Moose, Brian, Face, Marceline, Ms. Elle, Amanda, and Bill. The eclectic team includes ex-military personnel, retired police detectives, former FBI investigators, carpenters, electricians, and even former convicts, and gang members united in their passion and dedication for animal advocacy. From neutering feral cats and removing puppies from violent situations, to renovating an RV for a veteran and his dogs, there is no task Misseri and his team won't tackle.
