Bell Media Mix, Ubisoft, and Bleublancrouge Unite to Launch Assassin's Creed Unity

MONTRÉAL (November 3, 2014) – Bell Media Mix announced today the deployment of the final part of the national campaign for next week’s launch  of the highly-anticipated video game, Assassin's Creed Unity. The three-month campaign, developed in partnership with Bleublancrouge, is the third collaboration between the Mix team and Ubisoft for this successful franchise.

To highlight the game's release on November 11, a full episode of Space’s flagship daily series INNERSPACE will focus on the event. The 30-minute special, INNERSPACE: ASSASIN’S CREED UNITY, premieres Monday, Nov.10 at 6 p.m. ET.

This episode is in addition to the content integration that has happened over the past few months to help build anticipation for the gaming community. Ajay Fry, co-host of INNERSPACE, also hosted a special segment earlier this month in which people made the plunge, like the protagonist of the game, thanks to an inflatable structure erected in downtown Toronto. Ajay, who never backs down, also put on the hero’s costume and took the jump.

On November 11, four winners of an Ubisoft-sponsored contest will be flying to Paris where they can immerse themselves in the central theme of the game, right where the French Revolution took place. Ajay Fry and a film crew will accompany them to produce exclusive content for INNERSPACE.

The participation of INNERSPACE and its host has also helped the campaign shine on social media, which will continue on the journey to Paris. The Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts of both Ajay and INNERSPACE will show many exciting photos and videos, from mythical in-game locations.

Ads on RDS, Z, Discovery, Space, Comedy, MuchMusic, and TSN, as well as on TELETOON and MusiquePlus, will complete the offensive. It is the first collaboration between Ubisoft and Bleublancrouge, for whom it was essential to transform this launch into an original and fully-integrated experience.
