MONTREAL, Tuesday, June 2, 2015RDS, Canada’s exclusive French-language Formula 1® broadcaster, will present the CANADIAN GRAND PRIX 2015 live from Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve in Montreal, from June 5 to 7. Racing fans will have a front-row seat to this major event thanks to RDS’s comprehensive coverage. The CANADIAN GRAND PRIX 2015 will get up and running on Friday at 9:45 a.m. ET with the first free practice session (see full broadcast schedule below). Pierre Houde and Bertrand Houle will be on site to describe and analyze every last action of the drivers and their stables during the three days of the CANADIAN GRAND PRIX 2015. They’ll be supported by Christian Tortora, who will be doing the rounds of the paddocks in search of the latest inside information. Throughout the week, fans won’t miss any of the excitement surrounding F1® in Montreal thanks to SPORTS 30 LE MAGAZINE, 5 À 7 and L’ANTICHAMBRE. In conjunction with the big race, there will also be four special editions of SPORTS 30, hosted by Patrick Mahoney on Thursday and Pierre Houde from Friday to Sunday. They will revisit the day’s highlights with analyst Bertrand Houle and reporters Patrick Friolet, Jean-Luc Legendre and Sylvain Pednault. On the occasion of the CANADIAN GRAND PRIX 2015, RDS is inviting fans to help spread F1® fever. All week long, they’re encouraged to take and upload photos that capture the F1® experience in Montreal, whether on the streets, in stores or by the track. All photos posted with the hashtag #F1MTL on Instagram or Twitter will later be featured on a dedicated RDS.ca wall, where items from select contributors will be on display to keep a finger on the pulse of social media activity. Each day, the most popular photos will be featured on the various RDS platforms. RDS.ca also has a complete section devoted to Formula 1®, bringing together the latest news, videos, standings and driver stats—plus exclusive Web analysis from Pierre Houde and Bertrand Houle, on the spot, following each Grand Prix.
