TORONTO (April 5, 2016) – CTV announced today that Chevrolet is partnering with the hit Canadian crime drama MOTIVE for its fourth and final season. Chevrolet (represented by Storylab and Carat) will be incorporated into the series during the third episode tonight at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CTV. After her car was blown up during the final episodes of Season 3, Detective Angie Flynn (Kristin Lehman) finds herself in the market for a new vehicle this season and decides on the 2015 Camaro.
“MOTIVE provides an excellent opportunity to showcase the Chevrolet brand, which seamlessly integrates into the narrative of the show,” said Laird White, Director, Brand Partnerships, Bell Media. “Angie’s car is a huge part of her character, and the 2015 Camaro is the quintessential car to fill that pivotal role.”
“Partnering with MOTIVE is the perfect fit for our brand,” said Debora Figueiredo, Assistant Ad Manager, Chevrolet. “We are pleased to be represented by such an iconic Canadian television series as MOTIVE, where Chevrolet’s strength and superior performance are in alignment.”
The CTV Brand Partnerships team has been working closely with Chevrolet on organically integrating the brand into the series, with the 2015 Camaro set to appear throughout the remainder of MOTIVE’s final season.
