TORONTO (May 20, 2014) – On Thursday, May 22, CANADA AM welcomes country music super group Rascal Flatts to perform songs from their latest album, Rewind. Fresh off of a performance last week on THE VOICE, the boys bring their boot-stomping country music to the CANADA AM Soundstage to perform live before some of their biggest fans, and for viewers across the country.

The best-selling and most-awarded country vocal group of the last decade, ‘The Flatts’ ninth studio album Rewind and hit song of the same name are quickly climbing the country music charts. The country-crooning trio have also been nominated for the award for Group Video of the Year for Rewind at the 2014 CMT MUSIC AWARDS.

“We are delighted to have multi-platinum country artists Rascal Flatts perform live for our viewers across the country,” said Lis Travers, Vice-President, CTV News, Canada AM. “We invite Canadians to get the morning started right with a little help from country music’s biggest group.”

Embarking on a summer tour that includes performances in cities across North America, the Rascal Flatts’ Rewind Tour 2014 will make several Canadian stops including Lethbridge, Regina, Dauphin, Mission, and Toronto.
