CTV Two wraps up January with the Season 2 finale of RESURRECTION and the return of hit series REIGN and THE VAMPIRE DIARIES. CTV Two also delivers new episodes of HOT IN CLEVELAND, LAW & ORDER: SVU, ANGER MANAGEMENT, and a special simulcast network premiere of the new Bell Media original documentary CLARA’S BIG RIDE. The documentary anchors programming for the fifth annual Bell Let’s Talk Day, chronicling six-time Olympic medalist and Bell Let’s Talk spokesperson Clara Hughes’ bicycle journey across Canada. Below is a chronological listing of programming highlights for Jan. 20 – 29 on CTV Two and CTV GO. Tuesday, Jan. 20 8 p.m. – MASTERCHEF JUNIOR – “Grandad Gordon!” – NEW EPISODE The remaining 12 junior home cooks face a giant Mystery Box Challenge that delivers the shock of the season. The pint-sized cooks must prepare restaurant-quality dishes using ingredients that get better with age, and the winner of the challenge has a significant advantage in the next round. Later in the elimination challenge, the contestants come face-to-face with the most dangerous protein in the history of MASTERCHEF JUNIOR. 9 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “Playmates” – NEW EPISODE To the ladies' surprise, Elka (Betty White) has written and directed a play about them. They’re shocked to see how they’re portrayed and by whom. It doesn’t help that Elka’s role is being performed by the beautiful and glamorous Claudia (Morgan Fairchild, REVENGE). 9:30 p.m. – ANGER MANAGEMENT – “Charlie and the Case of the Curious Hottie” – NEW EPISODE Charlie (Charlie Sheen) becomes paranoid after discovering he's dating a private investigator. Wednesday, Jan. 21 9 p.m. – LAW & ORDER: SVU– “Padre Sandunguera” – NEW EPISODE Amaro's (Danny Pino) father, Nicolas (Armand Assante, American Gangster), asks his estranged family to attend his marriage to 28-year-old Gabriella Nunez (Katty Velasquez, Darcy), and despite their volatile past, all but Amaro agree. When a fight breaks out at the wedding, and Nicolas is put in handcuffs, Amaro becomes a witness in a case that could expose family secrets and tear his family apart. Thursday, Jan. 22 8 p.m. – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES – “Woke Up with a Monster” – MID-SEASON RETURN More powerful than ever, Kai (Chris Wood, THE CARRIE DIARIES) holds Elena (Nina Dobrev) captive while he learns to control his newly acquired magic. At the Salvatore mansion, Liv (Penelope Mitchell, HEMLOCK GROVE) and Alaric (Matt Davis) try to prepare Jo (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe, TWO AND A HALF MEN) for the impending merge ceremony with Kai, but they quickly realize Jo is weaker than they thought. After bringing Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) home from the hospital, Caroline (Candice Accola) travels with Stefan (Paul Wesley) to North Carolina in search of a cure for her mother's cancer. 9 p.m. – REIGN – “Getaway” – MID-SEASON RETURN Mary (Adelaide Kane) takes action to save Condé (Sean Teale) when she learns the Vatican is hunting him for bearing the branded mark of the Dark Riders. Francis (Toby Regbo) devises a plan to put an end to the Dark Riders legend, which puts Bash (Torrance Coombs) at risk. Meanwhile, Kenna (Caitlin Stasey) reveals Catherine's (Megan Follows) ulterior motives to Claude (Rose Williams). 10 p.m. – HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER – “Kill Me, Kill Me, Kill Me” – NEW TO CTV TWO It's the evening of the bonfire, and the events from the night of Sam’s (Tom Verica) death are finally revealed. Saturday, Jan. 24 8 p.m. – CTV MOVIE: MIRROR MIRROR – NEW TO CTV Two A fresh and funny retelling of the Snow White legend, MIRROR MIRROR stars Lily Collins (The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones) as Snow White, a princess in exile, and Julia Roberts(THE NORMAL HEART) as the evil Queen who ruthlessly rules her captured kingdom. Seven courageous rebel dwarfs join forces with Snow White as she fights to reclaim her birthright and win her Prince in this magical comedy filled with jealousy, romance, and betrayal. Sunday, Jan. 25 9 p.m. – RESURRECTION – “Loved in Return” – SEASON FINALE In the Season 2 finale of RESURRECTION, the return of Preacher James (Jim Parrack, TRUE BLOOD) brings an ominous new energy to the town, especially for Bellamy (Omar Epps) who seems to have a strange and unnerving connection to him. Now a detainee at the government facility, Margaret (Michelle Fairley) keeps to herself but her reputation precedes her, and the other Returned definitely take notice. Then the unthinkable happens to Henry (Kurtwood Smith), which shakes everyone's faith to its core. Tuesday, Jan. 27 8 p.m. – MASTERCHEF JUNIOR – “Raw Talent” – NEW EPISODE Before the next Elimination Challenge, the winners from the previous challenge face off in a pantry hunt. The junior home cook who correctly matches the most ingredients in the allotted time, wins a significant advantage in the next challenge. Later, the remaining 10 junior home cooks compete in a fishy tag team pair challenge, during which each pair must successfully complete an elaborate sushi dish. 9 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “Auction Heroes” – NEW EPISODE Joy (Jane Leeves) decides to finally tell Mitch (Tim Daly) how she feels, but a handsome dating coach gets in the way (Coby Bell). Victoria (Wendie Malick) is surprisingly taken with a very Clevelandy screenwriter (Dan Lauria, THE WONDER YEARS). 9:30 p.m. – ANGER MANAGEMENT – “Charlie Pledges A Sorority Sister” – NEW EPISODE Charlie (Charlie Sheen) falls into Jordan's (Laura Bell Bundy) trap when she sets him up with a heartbreaker. Wednesday, Jan. 28 7 p.m. – CLARA’S BIG RIDE – CTV & CTV Two – NEW SPECIAL Premiering in primetime on Bell Let’s Talk Day (Jan. 28), the original one-hour Bell Media documentary CLARA’S BIG RIDEchronicles an unprecedented 11,000 km bicycle journey across Canada by six-time Olympic medallist and Bell Let’s Talk spokesperson Clara Hughes. Throughout the journey, Hughes spreads a hopeful message designed to break the silence surrounding mental illness and helps create a stigma-free Canada. Directed by multi-award winning filmmaker Larry Weinstein (Thirty-Two Short Films About Glenn Gould, Our Man in Tehran, TSN’s THE 13th MAN), the documentary recounts Hughes’ epic 110-day journey through 105 communities and 235 events in varied and often extreme weather conditions from coast to coast. Thursday, Jan. 29 8 p.m. – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES – “Prayer for the Dying” – NEW EPISODE When Liv (Penelope Mitchell, HEMLOCK GROVE) and Luke's (Chris Brochu, MELISSA & JOEY) father arrives in town to celebrate their birthday, they try and convince him to let Jo (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe, TWO AND A HALF MEN) and Kai (Chris Wood,THE CARRIE DIARIES) take their place in the merge ceremony. After Tyler (Michael Trevino) finds out that the merge is happening sooner than he expected, he urges Liv to let him talk to her father. Meanwhile, after Caroline's (Candice Accola) plan to cure her mother takes an unexpected and devastating turn, Elena (Nina Dobrev), Stefan (Paul Wesley), and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) gather at the hospital, while Jo attempts to save Sheriff Forbes' (Marguerite MacIntyre) life. 9 p.m. – REIGN – “Banished” – NEW EPISODE Mary (Adelaide Kane) finds out the truth from Greer (Celina Sinden) about rumors going around Court, forcing Mary to do something she never thought possible. Francis (Toby Regbo) finds himself in a growing rivalry with Condé (Sean Teale) for Mary. Bash's (Torrance Coombs) mother Diane (Anna Walton, Hellboy II: The Golden Army) returns, igniting a long overdue confrontation with Catherine (Megan Follows), while Claude (Rose Williams) is determined to find out the truth about who really killed the twins.
