CTV Two Programming Highlights: Jan. 6 – 18 CTV Two starts the new year with MASTERCHEF JUNIOR’s class of 2015 in the Season 3 premiere of the culinary competition series. CTV Two also delivers new episodes of HOT IN CLEVELAND, THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA, LAW & ORDER: SVU,ANGER MANAGEMENT, RESURRECTION, and an encore presentation of CTV’s fall hit HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER. Below is a chronological listing of programming highlights for Jan. 6 – 18 on CTV Two and CTV GO. Tuesday, Jan. 6 8 p.m. – MASTERCHEF JUNIOR – “The Class of 2015” –SEASON PREMIERE America's Top 19 junior home cooks are introduced to their first Mystery Box Challenge, in which they must make a complete restaurant-quality dish using the ingredients they are given. The winner of the challenge will have a significant advantage and select which of the judges' favourite pastas the remaining contestants prepare in the elimination round. 9 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “People Feeding People” – NEW EPISODE Elka (Betty White) needs Ross Barkley’s (Chevy Chase, COMMUNITY) endorsement for City Council so Melanie (Valerie Bertinelli) gets strong-armed into going on a date with him. Meanwhile, Joy (Jane Leeves) hides her feelings for Mitch (Tim Daly, PRIVATE PRACTICE), while he tries to get over Melanie. 9:30 p.m. – ANGER MANAGEMENT – “Charlie and the Temper of Doom” – NEW EPISODE Charlie (Charlie Sheen) struggles to control his anger after meeting a hot girl who doesn't date angry guys. Wednesday, Jan. 7 8 p.m. – THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA– “The Mystery of the Frozen Foodie” – NEW EPISODE The 2nd Precinct detectives enter New York's culinary world to take on a chilling case, and things start heating up forDetective Laura Diamond (Debra Messing) when a potential suspect turns into a serious crush. 9 p.m. – LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT– “Forgiving Rollins” – NEW EPISODE Atlanta's Deputy Chief Charles Patton (Harry Hamlin, MAD MEN) and his newest detective, Reese Taymor (Dreama Walker, THE GOOD WIFE), visit New York for a law enforcement conference. When Reese is found unconscious in her hotel bathroom, she cries rape at the scene but changes her story when Sergeant Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) arrives. When Detective Amanda Rollins (Kelli Giddish) uncovers a personal connection to the suspect, A.D.A. Rafael Barba (Raúl Esparza) seeks her help in the courtroom and she's forced to confront the demons of her past to stop a dangerous predator. Thursday, Jan. 8 10 p.m. – HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER – “He Deserved to Die” – NEW TO CTV TWO Annalise (Viola Davis) and the team are focused on Rebecca's (Katie Findlay) case, but when the judge enforces a gag order, Rebecca takes things into her own hands. Meanwhile, Michaela (Aja Naomi King) is surprised by a pre-nup, sparks fly between Laurel (Karla Souza) and Frank (Charlie Weber), and more about Wes (Alfred Enoch) and Rebecca's relationship is revealed. Sunday, Jan. 11 9 p.m. – RESURRECTION – “True Believer” – NEW EPISODE – NEW TO CTV TWO (Ontario only, airs on CTV in other markets) The return of Preacher James (Jim Parrack, TRUE BLOOD) brings an ominous new energy to the town, especially for Bellamy (Omar Epps) who seems to have a strange and unnerving connection to him. Now a detainee at the government facility, Margaret (Michelle Fairley) keeps to herself but her reputation precedes her and the other Returned definitely take notice. Then the unthinkable happens to Henry (Kurtwood Smith), which shakes everyone's faith to its core. Tuesday, Jan. 13 8 p.m. – MASTERCHEF JUNIOR – “Easy As Pie” – NEW EPISODE Three of the junior home cooks face a sweet competition as they race to see who can top all of their pies with whipped meringue first. The winner not only receives a major advantage in the next challenge, but also helps the judges get a slice of victory. After a fun and messy competition, the judges task the kids with their first team challenge, where each pair must create their own sausage dishes. 9 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “Murder House” – NEW EPISODE During a super storm, the ladies get stuck in the house with some unwanted guests, including Victoria’s (Wendie Malick) island boyfriend, Melanie’s (Valerie Bertinelli) downer friend, and Joy’s (Jane Leeves) mother. Meanwhile, Elka (Betty White) thinks the ghost of a murdered woman has come back, seeking revenge. 9:30 p.m. – ANGER MANAGEMENT – “Charlie Gets Trashed” – NEW EPISODE Charlie (Charlie Sheen) goes to war with his garbage man. Wednesday, Jan. 14 8 p.m. – THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA– “The Mystery of the Fateful Fire” – NEW EPISODE Arson finds the 2nd Precinct detectives investigating the death of a teenage boy. The case sparks chemistry between Jake (Josh Lucas) and Angela (Anastasia Griffith, ONCE UPON A TIME), a former firefighting flame, while Laura (Debra Messing) tries to remove herself from police work to focus on the twins' Winter Carnival. 9 p.m. – LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT– “Agent Provocateur” – NEW EPISODE Fifteen-year-old Madison Baker (Madison Grace, Nova Road) sneaks out of her uncle's home to meet breakout movie star Scott Russo (Shiloh Fernandez, Red Riding Hood), who invited her to a party via social media. Later that night, a patrolman finds her in an alley, sexually assaulted and barely alive. Sergeant Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) suspects Russo and his manager, Lydia Lebasi (Patti LuPone, AMERICAN HORROR STORY), are covering up the crime when security footage from the party goes missing. When gossip site mogul Lenny Simmons (John Pankow, EPISODES) airs the stolen footage, he refuses to give up the source material and A.D.A. Rafael Barba (Raúl Esparza) takes him to court to find out the truth. Thursday, Jan. 15 8 p.m. – STEP UP REVOLUTION – MOVIE PREMIERE Newly arrived in Miami, young dancer Emily (Kathryn McCormick, CHASING 8S) dreams of becoming a professional. She soon meets and falls in love with Sean (Ryan Guzman, PRETTY LITTLE LIARS), the leader of a dance crew called "the Mob." When a rich businessman's plans to develop the dancers' historic neighborhood and threatens to displace thousands of people, Emily must join forces with Sean and the Mob to turn their performance art into protest art, even though doing so may place her dreams in jeopardy. 10 p.m. – HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER – “He Has A Wife” – NEW TO CTV TWO The team represents a mother who's on trial for killing her family's nanny while on heavy medication. Meanwhile, a shocking discovery is revealed in Lila's (Megan West) case that could change everything for Rebecca (Katie Findlay) and Bonnie's (Liza Weil) loyalty to Annalise (Viola Davis). Plus, Lila and Sam's (Tom Verica) relationship is revealed. Sunday, Jan. 18 9 p.m. – RESURRECTION –– “Steal Away” – NEW EPISODE (Ontario only, airs on CTV in other markets) After a series of inexplicable events, Bellamy (Omar Epps) fears for the safety of Rachael (Kathleen Munroe) and her unborn child. Preacher James (Jim Parrack, TRUE BLOOD) predicts that the baby's birth will unleash an ancient evil. Margaret (Michelle Fairley) rallies the Returned at the government facility and forms an uneasy alliance with Preacher James, and Bellamy's government contact warns that something big is on the horizon. RESURRECTION returns to CTV on Sunday, Jan. 25 for its Season 2 finale.
