November gets ready to rumble with the Season 2 premiere of the hit culinary competition series MASTERCHEF JUNIOR, and THE VOICE contestants sing for their lives in the final battle challenges of Season 7. This month also sees all-new episodes of THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA, SHARK TANK, LAW & ORDER: SVU, ANGER MANAGEMENT, REIGN, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, and DANCING WITH THE STARS.

Programming Highlights for Nov. 1 – 14 on CTV Two and CTV GO include:

  • THE VOICE wraps up Knockout Rounds with superstar Taylor Swift and re-lives the best moments of the season (Nov. 3 and Nov. 4)
  • America’s first-ever MASTERCHEF JUNIOR, Alexander Weiss, returns to the kitchen as a special guest in the Season 2 premiere (Nov. 4)
  • A babysitter's ghost stories become reality when three young girls go missing on LAW & ORDER: SVU (Nov. 5)
  • After learning that Enzo (Michael Malarkey) has been captured by Tripp (Colin Ferguson, HAVEN), Caroline (Candice Accola) teams up with Matt (Zach Roerig) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) to rescue him before Tripp learns their true identities on THE VAMPIRE DIARIES (Nov. 6)

Sunday, Nov. 2

8 p.m. – DANCING WITH THE STARS – NEW EPISODE – TWO HOURS

The eight remaining couples perform an individual Halloween-themed routine in addition to a competitive team dance. For the team dances, the cast has been divided into two frightening teams: #TeamCreepDuSoleil and #TeamItsyBitsy.

 

Monday, Nov. 3

8 p.m. – THE VOICE – NEW EPISODE – TWO HOURS

Grammy®-award winning superstar Taylor Swift continues to serve as a key advisor during the final phase of THE VOICE Knockout Rounds. The remaining artists challenge their teammates in advance of the live shows, as the coaches cut their teams in half and exercise their last chance to steal.

 

Tuesday, Nov. 4

8 p.m. – THE VOICE – NEW EPISODE

Re-live the best moments from Season 7 so far during this original, jam-packed special about the journey of the Top 20 from the Blind Auditions to next week's Live Playoffs, as well as never-before-seen footage of coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Pharrell Williams.

 

9 p.m. – MASTERCHEF JUNIOR –“The Next Generation”– SEASON PREMIERE

America’s first-ever MASTERCHEF JUNIOR, Alexander Weiss, 14, returns to the kitchen as a special guest. Alexander presents the mystery box challenge, and the 16 junior home cooks are tasked with preparing impressive dishes using Alexander’s favourite ingredients. The winner of the challenge gains a significant advantage and selects which of the judges’ favourite proteins the remaining contestants must prepare in the elimination round.

 

Wednesday, Nov. 5

8 p.m. – THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA – “The Mystery of the Mobile Murder”– NEW EPISODE

When a woman is found dead on a party bus, Detective Laura Diamond (Debra Messing) and the team take on a beauty empire and its leader to uncover the truth behind the murder. Meantime, an annual mud race creates some friendly competition amongst the detectives of the 2nd precinct.

 

9 p.m. – LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT– “Glasgowman's Wrath”– NEW EPISODE

Best friends Perry Gilbert (Chloe Csengery, Paranormal Activity 3) and Mia Harris (Mina Sundwall, A Good Marriage) sneak into the woods with Mia's young sister Zoe (Oona Laurence, PENNY DREADFUL) in tow. Their search for the mythical Glasgowman leads to a series of violent events, leaving Zoe gravely injured and the other girls missing. While Detectives Rollins (Kelli Giddish) and Carisi (Peter Scanavino) work to locate the suspect, Sgt. Benson (Mariska Hargitay) digs through the stories to distinguish fantasy from reality.

 

Thursday, Nov. 6

8 p.m. – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES – “The More You Ignore Me, the Closer I Get” – NEW EPISODE

When Alaric (Matt Davis) realizes that Jo (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe, PRISON BREAK) can't be compelled, he asks Elena (Nina Dobrev) to do some digging into her background. After learning that Enzo (Michael Malarkey) has been captured by Tripp (Colin Ferguson, HAVEN), Caroline (Candice Accola) teams up with Matt (Zach Roerig) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) to rescue him before Tripp learns their true identities. Meanwhile, Elena is forced to deal with the consequences of her actions, and Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) hits rock bottom, lashing out in a destructive way.

 

9 p.m. – REIGN – “Three Queens”– NEW EPISODE

Upon encountering a mob of angry peasants, Queens Mary (Adelaide Kane) and Catherine (Megan Follows) find themselves concealing their true identities after being forced to abandon their carriage and escape into the woods. Fearful the uprising is a response to his own actions; Francis (Toby Regbo) forms a search party that includes Leith (Jonathan Keltz) and Condé (Sean Teale), only to discover the attack is actually a result of imposters abusing the power of the crown.

 

Friday, Nov. 7

9 p.m. – SHARK TANK – NEW EPISODE

Airing during America’s Veterans Small Business Week 2014, entrepreneurs with military backgrounds appear on this episode of SHARK TANK. Sharks Kevin O’Leary, Robert Herjavec, and Daymond John, along with the successful entrepreneurs behind jewelry line Stella Valle and energy drink Ruckpack, are speakers at a “Champions of Change” event, offering advice to veteran and active duty entrepreneurs.

 

Sunday, Nov. 9

8 p.m. – DANCING WITH THE STARS – TWO HOURS

The duo dance styles in this episode include jazz, cha cha, contemporary and the rumba. Additionally and for the first time this season, the couple with the highest overall score for the night will be granted immunity from elimination.

 

Monday, Nov. 10

8 p.m. – THE VOICE – “The Live Playoffs” – NEW EPISODE – TWO HOURS

The Top 20 artists perform live in front of coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Pharrell Williams, as America votes to save their two favourite artists from each team.

 

Tuesday, Nov. 11

8 p.m. – THE VOICE – “The Live Playoffs, Night 2” – NEW EPISODE – SPECIAL TWO HOURS

The remaining artists perform live in front of coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Pharrell Williams.

 

10:00 p.m. – MASTERCHEF JUNIOR – “Flip It!” - NEW EPISODE – SPECIAL TIME

In a flipping pre-challenge, the junior home cooks will race to see who can flip and stack the most pancakes, and the winner will put the judges in a very sticky situation.

 

Wednesday, Nov. 12

8 p.m. – THE VOICE – “The Live Playoffs, Results”– NEW EPISODE – SPECIAL DAY

The Top 20 artists await America's vote to determine who moves through to the final live performance, and coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Pharrell Williams save one remaining artist from their team.

 

9 p.m. – LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT– “Chicago Crossover” – NEW EPISODE

A child pornography victim’s last-known whereabouts leads to New York City, where Sergeant Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and team find a new lead – evidence of a livestreamed pornography "club" that caters to its subscriber's shocking requests. CHICAGO P.D.’s Sergeant Hank Voight (Jason Beghe, CALIFORNICATION), along with detectives Erin Lindsay (Sophia Bush, ONE TREE HILL), and Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer, Hatfields & McCoys) join the SVU squad to track the perpetrators. 

 

Thursday, Nov. 13

8 p.m. – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES – “Do You Remember the First Time?”– NEW EPISODE

When the past comes back to haunt her, Elena (Nina Dobrev) is forced to face her problems head on. After a night out at the annual Whitmore Medical Center Fundraiser, Jo (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe, PRISON BREAK) opens up to Alaric (Matt Davis) about her own tragic past. Meanwhile, Stefan (Paul Wesley), Matt (Zach Roerig), and Enzo (Michael Malarkey) resort to extreme measures when Tripp (Colin Ferguson, HAVEN) withholds information about his vampire-killing operation, and Caroline (Candice Accola) is in a race against the clock when Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) gets caught in the middle of a dangerous plan.

 

9 p.m. – REIGN – “The Prince of the Blood”– NEW EPISODE

Young, reckless, and provocative Princess Claude (Rose Williams, CASUALTY) makes a surprise visit home, torturing her already haunted mother, Catherine (Megan Follows). Francis (Toby Regbo) is pressured by Narcisse (Craig Parker) to act against his conscience or risk his throne and his wife. Mary (Adelaide Kane) finds a new ally in Condé (Sean Teale). Francis confides in Bash (Torrance Coombs) and hatches a plot that involves an uncertain Lola (Anna Popplewell).

 

Friday, Nov. 14

7:30 p.m. – ETALK – “ETALK Presents: The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1” ENCORE PRESENTATION – NEW TO CTV TWO

In a Canadian television exclusive, ETALK PRESENTS: THE HUNGER GAMES MOCKINGJAY PART 1 features interviews with the stars of the box office hit franchise, including Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks, and Donald Sutherland, as they sit down with ETALK’s Danielle Graham (McGimsie). Premiering Friday, Nov. 14 at 7:30 p.m. ET on CTV TWO, just one week before the theatrical release on Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, ETALK prepares viewers for the rebellion in the next instalment of The Hunger Games film series.

 

9 p.m. – SHARK TANK – NEW EPISODE

In the 100th episode of SHARK TANK, for the first time in series' history, all six Sharks appear together in the Tank to discuss their favourite memories over the past 100 episodes. The Sharks reveal why they continue to participate in the series year after year, and celebrate with cake and champagne toasts.
