The comic book world lost one of its most loved superheroes when legendary writer, editor, and publisher Stan Lee passed away on November 12, 2018. This weekend, Space commemorates Lee’s work with A TRIBUTE TO STAN LEE movie marathon featuring the first three SPIDER-MAN films and the IRON MAN trilogy. Based on The Amazing Spider-Man series of comic books, Tobey Maguire’s portrayal of the web-slinger graced the silver screen in 2002 with SPIDER-MAN, beginning the cinematic story for this superhero. Viewers can catch up on the original flick plus SPIDER-MAN 2 and SPIDER-MAN 3 back-to-back on Saturday November 17 beginning at 12 noon ET on Space. Then, on Sunday, November 18, viewers can tune in to more back-to-back blockbuster hits with IRON MAN, IRON MAN 2, and IRON MAN 3, starring Robert Downey Jr. as the outspoken billionaire engineer, Tony Stark. The self-proclaimed “genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist” is in action beginning at 12 noon ET on Space. Viewers can also keep an eye out for all of Stan Lee’s beloved cameos in each film. Everyday fans and celebrities alike took to social media last night to honour the larger-than-life Stan Lee’s memory:   RIP to a legend. Excelsior!
