“The Grey Cup and the World Juniors are two annual Canadian sporting traditions that galvanize Canadians every year. They are also two key tent poles on TSN’s schedule of championship events,” said Shawn Redmond, Vice-President of Programming and Marketing, TSN. “With the country celebrating the Grey Cup, we had the perfect opportunity to stoke viewer excitement for Canada’s next major sporting event, which will be bigger than ever this year with Team Canada hosting the world.”

The #HereWeGo broadcast campaign creative features World Juniors hockey players, dressed in full gear, finding themselves in and about Toronto and Montréal landmarks. Along with featuring Team Canada, the TV spots will include teams from Finland, Germany, Russia, Sweden, and the United States.

The campaign is set to the track “Here We Go Again” by Swedish rockers The Hives.

Created in-house by the award-winning Bell Media Agency, TSN’s #HereWeGo campaign includes three 30-second broadcasts and multiple 15-second TV and radio spots.

In addition to the spots airing across Bell Media platforms, TSN will support its coverage of the 2015 IIHF WORLD JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP with an extensive outdoor, radio and digital campaign throughout December and early January.

On social media, the #HereWeGo hashtag will be used as a rallying cry to Canadians, calling on fans to get ready to support Team Canada in their quest for gold on home soil.

TSN’s wall-to-wall World Juniors coverage from Toronto and Montréal airs nationally from Dec. 26 to Jan. 5, with pre-competition games beginning Dec. 19. Once again, Canadians can follow the World Juniors tournament on Canada’s Sports Leader, with multi-platform coverage on TSN, TSN GO and TSN Radio.
