#iCraveFridays Continues with Season 2 of Lionsgate’s MANHATTAN, the Critically Acclaimed Atomic Age Drama Exclusive to CraveTV
— January 8, 2016
CraveTVTM’s #iCraveFridays continues today with the complete second season of MANHATTAN, the 1940s nuclear drama about “family tensions, coming-of-age, sex, ego, and infidelity in the most extraordinary of all workplaces” according to the Globe and Mail’s John Doyle. Anchoring the Drama collection, MANHATTAN was one of the most popular series on CraveTV when the first season began streaming last year. Also streaming today is the third and final season of the psychological drama series THE FOLLOWING, starring Kevin Bacon and James Purefoy.
MANHATTAN – Season 2 (Dramas, Historic TV Dramas Collections)
Joining the cast as a regular for Season 2 is Golden Globe®-nominee William Petersen (CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION) as Col. Emmett Darrow, a new ranking military officer. Season 2 of the Emmy-nominated drama series MANHATTAN follows the tangled lives of the residents of Los Alamos, New Mexico, as they race to create the first nuclear bomb in history. Locked away in the world's most secretive city, the scientists and their families surrender their freedoms, compromise their marriages, and even sacrifice their sanity to end one war and usher in another – the Cold War waiting just over the atomic horizon – all while embedded spies and a climate of paranoia threaten to destroy the project from within. From creator and writer Sam Shaw (MASTERS OF SEX) and Thomas Schlamme (THE WEST WING), the series stars Rachel Brosnahan (HOUSE OF CARDS), John Benjamin Hickey (THE BIG C), and Olivia Williams (Rushmore).
THE FOLLOWING – Season 3 (Crime & Mystery, Action & Adventure, Dramas Collections)
In the third and final season, with Joe Carroll (James Purefoy, ROME) awaiting execution on death row and all signs of his following erased, Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) has moved on from the dark events of his past. But his newfound happiness is shattered when a series of brutally staged tableaus threatens to tear open old wounds. Ryan and his team are forced to unravel a twisted web of violence before it destroys them all - leading them to face a terrifying truth: Joe Carroll was just the beginning.
