MONTRÉAL (April 16, 2014) – Bell Media is proud to announce the 2014 summer programming line-up for its French-language specialty channels. The hot summer programming line-up includes shows on channels such as Canal Vie, VRAK TV, Canal D, Investigation, Ztélé, RDS, RDS2, and RDS Info, as well as Séries+, Historia, MusiquePlus, MusiMax, TÉLÉTOON, and TÉLÉTOON Rétro. Viewers will have access to more than 10 new shows, as well as brand new episodes of their favourite series.
This summer, Canal Vie pays tribute to fatherhood with a documentary called PAPAS. And keeping with the paternity theme is the premiere of the new series Papas à la maison (Fr. v. of MODERN DADS), about four former college buddies who are now stay-at-home dads. Returning favourites include Canal Vie’s exquisite backyard creations in Le pro du patio à la rescousse, and Des idées de grandeur dans ma cour; a look at overprotective parents in Maman, papa, j’étouffe; a celebration of the warm weather in Un été avec JOËL; and an interesting take on home decoration projects in Des idées de grandeur.
VRAK TV has a special celebration in store for Father’s Day with ARRANGE-TOI AVEC ÇA! presented in collaboration with Canal Vie. Other big news this summer includes the broadcast of the second season of ANUBIS. Young audiences can also look forward to reuniting with their favourite shows, including acquisitions like GLEE, Sam et Cat, The Big Bang Theory, and Victorious, as well as original productions like L'appart du 5e, Arrange-toi avec ça, Les testeurs, VRAK la vie and Fan club. And in July, get ready for an encore presentation of MEILLEUR AVANT LE 31, BON PAREIL LE 1er.
RDS and RDS2 present STANLEY CUP PLAYOFF HOCKEY until mid-June. Sports fans can continue to get their fill all summer long with prestigious events like MONTREAL Alouettes FOOTBALL, FormulA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP and the grand prix du Canada, MONTREAL IMPACT SOCCER, wimbledon, U.S. open TENNIS, and the tour de francE. In addition, RDS INFO, the anchor channel for the SPORTS 30 newscast, will have all the latest sports news and results throughout the summer.

Along with new shows like Diva de l’au-delà, La diva du divan and Franklin & Bash, several of your winter-season favourites will be back with all-new episodes including Élémentaire, Perception, Hawaii 5-0, La loi & l’ordre : crimes sexuels, and Scandale.
Starting in June, TÉLÉTOON presents two new shows: Mon derrière perd la tête and Archer.
Mon derrière perd la tête is the incredible story of a boy and his best friend – who just so happens to be his detached bum!
ARCHER is a half-hour comedy that takes place at the international spy agency ISIS, where global crises are merely excuses for highly trained spies to confuse, undermine, betray and royally screw each other.

The station is also bringing back the ever-popular American reality series Skins (Season 5), Les KARDASHIAN, Mr. T et ses imbéciles, and Maîtres tatoueurs.
New episodes of Top 10 and l’index québécois, along with encore presentations of the best episodes of BENEZRA REÇOIT are also on deck. As far as acquisitions, audience favourites La danse des étoiles, Millionnaires à tout prix, Légendes du rock, and Les dessous d’Hollywood are all returning to the MusiMax summer programming grid.
