TORONTO (November 8, 2013) – The historicDutch city of Amsterdam gets ready to party rock like never before, as the 2013 MTV EMA celebrates its 20thanniversary with stadium-shaking performances from the biggest names in musicand entertainment, airing exclusivelyon MTV, Sunday, Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. ET.This year’s impressive line-up includes world-class performances by Kings of Leon, Icona Pop,Snoop Lion, Robin Thicke, Afrojack, Bruno Mars,Miley Cyrus, ImagineDragons, The Killers, and anexclusive performance by Katy Perry, who debuts her newestsingle “Unconditionally”.  


Beforethe EMAs kick-off, viewers get a front row seat to all the red carpet action whenthe EMA PRE-SHOW airs live at 7 p.m. ET. Exclusive live streaming ofthe Red Carpet arrivals show and the main event is available live at starting at 2 p.m. ET (Nov. 10). Also online, fans can cast a votefor this year’s fave artists in each award category.


Canada’s very own, JustinBieber is duking it out as North America’s Best Act to grab the ultimate prizeas the Worldwide Act winner. In this category, fans across the globe vote for their hometown artists torepresent their region at this year’s EMA. The final five nominees go head tohead in one last round of voting in an effort to earn the Worldwide Actdistinction.
