The Free Previews provide an exciting glimpse at two of Canada’s most successful digital channels and their robust programming lineups. Final data released for the 2015/16 broadcast year confirms that ID remains Discovery’s most-watched digital network across the key adult demos, while Discovery Science has had double-digit growth for the full broadcast day among adult viewers in the key Adult A25-54 (+26%) and A18-49 (+20%) demos, making it the channel’s most-watched broadcast year. Featuring compelling new series and original episodes of returning favourites, the four-week preview is available through television service providers across Canada including: Bell, Bell Aliant, Cogeco, Eastlink, MTS, Rogers, SaskTel, Shaw, Shaw Direct, Telus, Videotron, and several CCSA partners including AEBC Internet Group, Coop de Câblodistribution Saint-Leon, DERYtelecom, Hay Communications, HuronTel, Mitchell Seaforth, Northwestel, Novus, Sogetel, Tbaytel, WTC Communications, and YourLink. Highlights from ID’s fall schedule include (in chronological order): LAS VEGAS LAW – New Series Airing Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT beginning Sept. 20 on ID It has become cliché that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but for the Clark County District Attorney’s office, there’s nothing commonplace about the crimes that affect their city. With more than 60,000 cases a year, including high-profile homicides, robberies, gang-related crimes, and assaults on the Vegas Strip, these aren’t stories pulled from a Hollywood script – they happen to real people, many of whom are merely looking for a good time under the big lights of Sin City. VANISHING WOMEN – New Series Airing Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT beginning Sept. 25 on ID On the surface, Chillicothe, Ohio is the epitome of quintessential Middle America. But this home in the heartland was catapulted into the national spotlight recently for a much darker claim to fame – a string of six young women have gone missing or been found dead within the last two years. The women, all in their 20s and 30s, are believed to have known each other and all have ties to the dark footing of this small town, leading the local community to fear a serial killer may be on the loose. ON THE CASE WITH PAULA ZAHN – New Season Airing Sundays at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT beginning Sept. 25 on ID ID's signature newsmagazine program, hosted by Emmy® Award-winning journalist Paula Zahn, profiles fascinating and true investigations that weave together the emotional twists and turns of stories of perseverance, courage, and justice. Zahn's journalistic expertise and articulate passion for the truth resonate in each episode, with in-depth interviews and reporting that goes beyond the headlines in her resolute search to resolve mysteries from within the U.S. justice system. ADNAN SYED: INNOCENT OR GUILTY? – New Special Airing Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on ID It seemed like a done deal when 17-year-old Adnan Syed was convicted of killing his ex-girlfriend Hae Min Lee in 1999 and sentenced to prison for the rest of his life. Maintaining his innocence during his sentence, Syed languished in prison for 15 years, until journalist Sarah Koenig raised questions that brought his case back to life. Serial, Koenig’s podcast, which saw international acclaim and more than 130 million downloads, inspired a national obsession with Syed's case. Thousands of listeners took Koenig's investigation to the next level, uncovering new evidence that might set him free. Through never-before-seen interviews with the experts and key players involved in the case, the riveting special examines the fascinating new information that could either set Syed free or keep him behind bars for good. DEADLINE CRIME WITH TAMRON HALL – New Season Airing Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT beginning Oct. 3 on ID MSNBC Host and NBC News Correspondent/Anchor Tamron Hall  has a tragic understanding of the effects of violent crime, as the case of her older sister’s murder remains officially unsolved. In each one-hour episode, Hall is joined by a core team of correspondents with extensive knowledge of law enforcement to take cases beyond the headlines and explore not only what happened, but why.  Highlights from the Discovery Science fall schedule (in chronological order): HOW TO BUILD…EVERYTHING – New Series Airing Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT beginning Oct. 5 on Discovery Science HOW TO BUILD…EVERYTHING features a cast of whip smart and hilarious personalities, including comedian and former airplane mechanic Alonzo Bodden, science communicator and bug expert Alie Ward, real-life doctor and JANE THE VIRGIN’s Keller Wortham, Nerdist science editor Kyle Hill, tech expert and futurist Veronica Belmont, mad inventor Eric Gradman, astronaut Leland Melvin, actress Alison Haislip, racecar driver Jessi Combs, and many more.
