  • Buffy Saint Marie: The legendary singer-songwriter drops by CANADA AM to talk about her new CD Power in the Blood and her honourary fellowship from the Royal Conservatory of Music recognizing her music career, lifelong activism for social justice, and commitment to education.

  • Live from Rouen: Hutcheson travels to the historical city of Rouen. Along the way, Hutcheson takes viewers to the famous gardens of impressionist painter Claude Monet in Giverny, visits the grounds of the royal Chateau de Versailles and learns about the art of the Baguette.

  • Jeff’s Adventure in Northern France: CANADA AM broadcasts segments live from Honfleur, a town of painters and impressionism. He stops by the resort town of Deauville and gets a tour of the D-Day Museum at Arromanches.
  • The Singing Cowboy: Iconic Canadian singer-songwriter Ian Tyson (Four Strong Wings) shows no signs of slowing down. Today, the musical legend sits down with CANADA AM to talk about touring at the age of 81, then graces the AM Soundstage with a classical performance.
  • Million Dollar Canadian Art: Heffel, Canada’s national fine art auction house, is unveiling its spring 2015 live auction later this month highlighting masterpieces from renowned Canadian artists who have received worldwide acclaim. Today, Heffle joins CANADA AM to share paintings that include works of all original members of the Group of Seven, as well as pieces from Lawren Harris and Emily Carr whose works are currently in the global art spotlight.

  • Treacherous Journey: Carla Gugino (Night at the Museum) sits down with CANADA AM to talk about her starring role in the upcoming action-thriller San Andreas.
Friday, May 15
  • From the Beaches of Normandy: Hutcheson wraps up his tour in Northern France with a tour of Juno Beach, the site of the D-Day landings.
  • Sharon Osbourne: The matriarch of the eccentric Osbourne clan, wife to legendary rock star Ozzy, and mother of Kelly and Jack joins CANADA AM to talk about her experiences being a mother in the Hollywood spotlight.
  • Victoria Day BBQ: In honour of Queen Victoria's birthday Naz Cavallaro is firing up the grill with some tasty dishes to celebrate the long weekend.
