TORONTO (January 12, 2017) – Just weeks away from CTV’s exclusive Canadian coverage of SUPER BOWL LI, the NFL Playoffs continue this weekend with complete coverage of the Divisional Round on CTV and TSN. CTV is home to all four NFL Divisional Playoff games, beginning with Seattle @ Atlanta this Saturday, Jan. 14 at 2:30 p.m. ET. RDS delivers French-language coverage of every game (see complete broadcast schedule below). The NFL Playoffs continue to attract major audiences to CTV and TSN, with last weekend’s Wild Card Round matchups attracting an average audience of 1.2 million viewers to CTV and TSN – an increase of 9% compared to last year. This increase comes on the heels of CTV and TSN attracting an average audience increase of 2% for NFL regular season games compared to last year, including an all-time record average audience for the networks’ package of Sunday 1 p.m. ET games. TSN highlights all the key storylines heading into this weekend’s matchups with playoff editions of ESPN’s NFL COUNTDOWN and NFL Insiders. TSN’s SPORTSCENTRE delivers a “What If” essay from Tim Graham, focusing on the underdogs in this weekend’s Divisional Round matchups. Leading up to this weekend’s playoff matchups, SPORTSCENTRE delivers daily news reports from TSN’s Farhan Lalji, reporting from Dallas, and Matthew Scianitti, who follows Green Bay and Pittsburgh.
