In Gusto’s newest original series, PRESSURE’S ON, premiering Friday January, 11 at 10 p.m. ET, host Vanessa Gianfrancesco (ONE WORLD KITCHEN) helps viewers take back their Sundays as she cooks her way from Monday to Thursday with easy weeknight recipes for busy days. Wash dirty dishes as the sauce is simmering or as the pasta is cooking – it makes post-meal clean up less daunting.

  1. Buy a good knife to chop ingredients
Chopping ingredients with a sharp knife will not only satisfy the smooth-like-butter feeling, but also save you loads of time and hand-aches.
  1. Cut down on the amount dishes to prep with
When chopping up ingredients, map out which ingredients go together and place in one bowl whether they have the same cooking time or need to be sautéed together – it will save you from the dreaded dirty dish pile-up at the end of your meal.
