TORONTO (November 7, 2014) – Calgary Stampeders’ Jon Cornish – the CFL’s leading rusher – was declared Toughest To Bring Down for a second consecutive year in TSN’s #CFLPlayerPoll for 2014, as complete results for the fifth-annual league-wide survey were revealed today on TSN.ca.
Toronto Argonauts’ Chad Owens nabbed his fourth honour in five years in the Biggest Threat To Score category, while his teammate Ricky Ray was selected as a two-category winner for the second year in a row, once again earning the titles of Most Clutch Performer and Most Accurate Passer.
This year’s poll includes five repeat winners. Last year’s poll featured one repeat winner.
The results of the 2014 CFL ON TSN Player Poll are as follows:

- Fastest Player: Brandon Banks, WR/KR, Hamilton (31%)
- Toughest Player: Mike Reilly*, QB, Edmonton (21%)
- Nastiest Player: Shea Emry, LB, Toronto (24%)
- Best Trash-Talker: Simoni Lawrence, LB, Hamilton (14%)
- Hardest Hitter: Soloman Elimimian, LB, BC (32%)
- Best Hands: S.J. Green*, SB, Montreal (22%)
