The holiday season is upon us, and THE COMEDY NETWORK has your TV equivalent to a warm cup of cocoa, with a plethora of sitcom marathons, stand up, and a year-end special recapping the good, the bad, and just plain horrific news stories of the year. (Trevor Noah of THE DAILY SHOW’S THE YEARLY SHOW 2017 and Ed Helms of THE FAKE NEWS WITH TED NELMS) Marking the end of this wild year, THE DAILY SHOW begins a new holiday tradition with their first annual year-end special. THE DAILY SHOW’S THE YEARLY SHOW 2017, hosted by Trevor Noah and joined by the Best F#@cking News Team, tackles this year’s outrageous and game changing headlines on Monday Dec. 18 at 11 p.m. ET/PT. A new one-hour special, THE FAKE NEWS WITH TED NELMS, hosted by Ed Helms (THE OFFICE) and featuring made-up headlines that closely resemble real news, has been added to the schedule premiering on Thursday Dec. 14 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, one day post Comedy Central. Comedy is also offering a sneak peek of the newest hit sports sitcom BROCKMIRE starring Hank Azaria (THE SIMPSONS) and Amanda Peet (TOGETHERNESS) Thursday Jan. 4, at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Viewers can also snuggle up with their families, pets or buds with fan-favourite marathons including A VERY BIG BANG CHRISTMAS and THE COMPLETE SEINFELD-A-THON, and classic movies including TALLADEGA NIGHTS: THE BALLAD OF RICKY BOBBY, STEP BROTHERS, and LOOK WHO’S TALKING, and LOOK WHO’S TALKING TOO.
