Overnight data from Numeris confirms that:
  • An average audience of 303,000 viewers watched FREE AGENT FRENZY during TSN’s seven-hour broadcast, making it the most-watched NHL free agent signing show on Canadian television and marking an increase of 21% compared to last year
  • The average audience for FREE AGENT FRENZY was four times the audience delivered by its closest competitor on free agent signing day during their 90-minute broadcast (11 a.m. ET to 12:30 p.m. ET)
  • More than 2.4 million unique Canadian viewers tuned in to watch TSN’s FREE AGENT FRENZY throughout the day
  • Audience levels peaked at 457,000 viewers just after 12 noon ET with the opening of the free agent market

FIFA WOMEN’S WORLD CUP CANADA 2015™ Audiences In addition to FREE AGENT FRENZY, CTV, TSN, and RDS also attracted an average audience of 1.33 million viewers for Japan’s win over England in the semifinal of the FIFA WOMEN’S WORLD CUP CANADA 2015™, becoming the most-watched non-Canadian FIFA Women’s World Cup match ever and winning the day as the most-watched event on Canadian television.
