Friday, October 4

7 p.m. – SIDE EFFECTS (2013)

Emily Taylor’s (Rooney Mara, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) world unravels when a drug prescribed by her psychiatrist has an unexpected side effect. Also starring Channing Tatum (Magic Mike), Jude Law (Sherlock Holmes), and Catherine Zeta Jones (Chicago).


9 p.m. – CLOUD ATLAS (2012)

An exploration of how the actions of individual lives impact one another in the past, present, and future. Tom Hanks (The Da Vinci Code), Halle Berry (Cloud Atlas), and Hugh Grant (Notting Hill) star in multiple roles in this dramatic, sci-fi adventure.

Saturday, October 5

6:45 p.m. and 9 p.m. – OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL (2013)

A small-time magician (James Franco, 127 Hours) is swept away to an enchanted land and is forced into a power struggle between three witches. Also starring Mila Kunis (Black Swan), Rachel Weisz (Oz The Great and Powerful), and Michelle Williams (Blue Valentine).

Sunday, October 6

10 p.m. – MASTERS OF SEX – “Race to Space” – Season 1, Episode 2 of 12

On the heels of Masters’ (Michael Sheen) proposal that they participate in the sexual response study, Johnson (Lizzy Caplan) considers the best course of action to keep her job – only to find she no longer has one. The study has been forced out of the hospital and Masters believes Johnson is to blame. As Johnson fights to save her job and struggles to care for her children, Masters moves his study to a brothel but soon discovers that the chaos of the cathouse is unmanageable without Johnson’s help.

Monday, October 7

10 p.m. – CALL ME FITZ – “Alice Doesn’t Live, Anymore” – Season 4, Episode 1 of 9

Failing as a father, Fitz (Jason Priestley) tries to unload his baby on someone. Unfortunately, it’s only after he realizes that his still unnamed child is a car sales cash cow that he manages to successfully ‘sell’ the child for drugs in front of a cop. To keep the baby, Fitz must unite the Fitzpatricks and prove to the courts that he can provide his child with a stable and loving home. Fitz discovers getting his family to act like a ‘family’ proves harder than even he imagined.

Friday, October 11

9 p.m. – THE LAST STAND (2013)

The leader of a drug cartel busts out of a courthouse and speeds to the Mexican border, where the only thing in his path is a sheriff (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and his inexperienced staff. Also starring Forest Whitaker (CRIMINAL MINDS) and Johnny Knoxville (JACKASS).

Saturday, October 12

7:15 p.m. – ESCAPE FROM PLANET EARTH (2013)

Astronaut Scorch Supernova (Brendan Fraser, The Mummy) finds himself caught in a trap when he responds to an S.O.S. from a notoriously dangerous alien planet. Also starring Sarah Jessica Parker (SEX AND THE CITY) and Jessica Alba (Sin City).

9 p.m. – THE CALL (2013)

When a veteran 911 operator (Halle Berry) takes a life-altering call from a teenage girl (Abigail Breslin, Little Miss Sunshine) who has just been abducted, she realizes that she must confront a killer from her past in order to save the girl's life.

Sunday, October 13

9 p.m. – MASTERS OF SEX – “Standard Deviation” – Season 1, Episode 3 of 12

Masters and Johnson continue their research in the brothel but skewed data confirms that Masters must get the study back into the hospital. Meanwhile, Libby (Caitlin FitzGerald) struggles to conceive and Dr. Ethan Haas (Nicholas D’Agosto) gets the case of a lifetime – a woman pregnant with quadruplets.

Monday, October 14

10 p.m. – CALL ME FITZ – “Baby’s First Brothel” – Season 4, Episode 2 of 9

When Fitz’s attempts to transform Fitzpatrick Motors into a family-friendly establishment fail, he realizes he is dealing with a customer he knows nothing about – mothers. Fitz ends up getting to know one of his customers a whole lot better and realizes he’s face-to-face with the perfect business opportunity. Things go awry when Larry (Ernie Grunwald) brings the social worker by for a surprise home inspection.

7:15 p.m. – WARM BODIES (2013)

After a highly unusual zombie (Nicholas Hoult, About a Boy) saves a still-living girl (Teresa Palmer, I Am Number Four) from an attack, the two form a relationship that might transform the entire lifeless world.

9 p.m. – SEVEN PSYCHOPATHS (2012)

A struggling screenwriter (Colin Farrell, Total Recall) inadvertently becomes entangled in the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his oddball friends kidnap a gangster's (Woody Harrelson, Zombieland) beloved Shih Tzu.

Saturday, October 19

7:15 p.m. – AMERICAN MARY (2012)

This Canadian horror film follows medical student Mary Mason (Katherine Isabelle, BEING HUMAN) as she becomes increasingly broke and disenchanted with the surgical world she once admired.

9 p.m. – MOVIE 43 (2013)

This film features sixteen different storylines, each by a different director. It stars an ensemble cast including Dennis Quaid (VEGAS), Hugh Jackman (Les Misérables), Halle Berry (Cloud Atlas), Kristen Bell (VERONICA MARS), Anna Faris (MOM), Seth MacFarlane (FAMILY GUY), and Emma Stone (Gangster Squad).

Sunday, October 20

10 p.m. – MASTERS OF SEX – “Thank You for Coming” – Season 1, Episode 4 of 12

With the study back in the hospital, Masters and Johnson recruit new participants on campus but Johnson is shocked when her ex-husband, who’s crashing on her couch, wants to sign up. Masters’ mother comes to visit, but her new take on life stirs up painful memories of his childhood. Libby’s attempt at playing matchmaker with Johnson and Ethan doesn’t go as smoothly as she hoped.

Monday, October 21

9 p.m. – CALL ME FITZ – “Raising What’s-His-Name” – Season 4, Episode 3 of 9

The Fitzpatrick family becomes interested in missing Baby Fitz when Josh (Donovan Stinson) stashed the profits from the baby brothel in his diaper. Fitz and Larry follow Baby Fitz’s trail to Chester Vince (Jonathan Torrens), who happens to be holding Ali Devon (Kathleen Munroe) hostage in the back of his van. Fitz and Larry soon join Ali and the three must find a way to work together in order to keep a mentally unbalanced Chester from burning them alive in a quest to communicate with his alien overlord.

6:55 p.m. – BEAUTIFUL CREATURES (2013)

A supernatural love story set in the South, this film tells the tale of two star-crossed lovers: Ethan (Alden Ehrenreich, Blue Jasmine), a young man longing to escape his small town, and Lena (Alice Englert, Ginger & Rosa), a mysterious new girl. Together, they uncover dark secrets about their respective families, their history, and their town.

9 p.m. – 21 AND OVER (2013)

Straight-A college student Jeff Chang's (Justin Chong, The Twilight Saga) two best friends take him out for his 21st birthday on the night before an important medical school interview. What was supposed to be a quick beer becomes a night of humiliation, over indulgence, and utter debauchery. Also starring Miles Teller (21 and Over) and Jonathan Keltz (REPUBLIC OF DOYLE).

Saturday, October 26

7:15 p.m. – DARK SKIES (2013)

From the producer of Paranormal Activity, Insidious, and Sinister comes DARK SKIES, a supernatural thriller that follows a young family living in the suburbs. Starring Josh Hamilton (The Bourne Identity) and Keri Russell (FELICITY).

9 p.m. – EVIL DEAD (2013)

In the much-anticipated remake of the 1981 cult-hit horror film, five twenty-something friends become holed up in a remote cabin and unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods. Starring Jane Levy (SUBURGATORY), Shiloh Fernandez (Red Riding Hood), and Jessica Lucas (CULT).

Sunday, October 27

10 p.m. – MASTERS OF SEX – “Catherine” – Season 1, Episode 5 of 12

When Masters and Johnson expand the study to include couples, they discover that the science of sex is easily complicated by the mystery of attraction. Johnson tries to connect with her son who prefers his dad. In anticipation of his baby’s impending arrival, Masters experiences anxiety about becoming a father. Dr. Ethan Haas learns that dating the provost’s daughter could impact his medical career.

Monday, October 28

10 p.m. – CALL ME FITZ – “Pulling a Polanski” – Season 4, Episode 4 of 9

When Ken (Peter MacNeill) refuses to accept the return of the money Pat Childs (Michael Gross) found in Baby Fitz’s diaper, Larry becomes convinced that loneliness is at the root of his very strange behaviour. Fitz thinks Larry’s smoking dope, but when he sees Pat Childs encroaching on their business, he heeds Larry’s advice to spend more time with his father and enlists his help to take down Pat Childs. Unfortunately for Fitz, during this father-son time, he discovers a truth about his family that would have been best kept buried.
