Erlich (T.J Miller) convinces a graffiti artist to create Pied Piper’s logo, with controversial results. Jared (Zach Woods) tries to make the company more efficient. After Gavin Belson (Matt Ross) and Peter Gregory (Christopher Evan Welch) unexpectedly come face to face, Richard (Thomas Middleditch) learns he only has eight weeks to prepare for a live demo at TechCrunch Disrupt.

10:30 p.m. – VEEP – Season 3, Episode 5 of 10

In the undeveloped Melanesian country of Papua New Guinea, America’s Exxon Mobil has staked its claim to a $19 billion dollar liquid natural-gas project expected to start production in late 2014. Vikram Gandhi heads to Papua New Guinea to investigate. Over in Texas, Thomas Morton investigates the climate catastrophe, and discovers firsthand the local responses, which often involve reaching out for divine intervention.

9 p.m. – TAKEDOWN: THE DNA OF GSP (2014) *Canadian Feature Film Premiere*

In this Canadian original documentary, viewers follow the life and career of a renowned athlete and one of the world’s best MMA fighters, Georges St-Pierre (GSP). Growing up in Saint-Isidore, Québec and bullied at school, GSP learned karate to defend himself and never looked back. From winning the world championship at the age of 26, to suffering a potential career-ending knee injury, and winning an epic battle against Carlos Condit to defeating his long-time rival Nick Diaz, the documentary follows the UFC welterweight champion’s rise to stardom.

 

Sunday, May 11

9 p.m. – GAME OF THRONES – Season 4, Episode 6 of 10

Stannis (Stephen Dillane) and Davos (Liam Cunningham) set sail with a new strategy. Dany meets with supplicants. Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) faces down his father in the throne room.

 

10 p.m. – SILICON VALLEY – Season 1, Episode 6 of 8

Richard feels threatened when the team hires “The Carver,” a hacker with a notorious reputation, to help with Pied Piper’s cloud. Jared finds himself taken for a ride when he seeks out Peter Gregory’s signature. Erlich and Dinesh compete for the attention of Tara, Gilfoyle’s visiting girlfriend; later, Dinesh is faced with a sexual dilemma.

At an economic summit in Detroit, Selina’s staff and her family are peeved by the presence of her new personal trainer. Meanwhile, Jonah and Mike negotiate a photo-op with Selina and Maddox. Later, Catherine protects her mom from a protestor, and Selina attends a women’s gun show.

At TechCrunch Disrupt, Richard feels the pressure to finish his demo, but finds himself distracted by a girl he dated briefly who’s spreading rumours about him. Jared worries that Monica is taking his place in the company, Dinesh develops a crush on a girl at a neighbouring booth; and Erlich’s scandalous past connection to one of the judges threatens Pied Piper’s chances.

In the U.K. for the 100th anniversary of WWI, Selina’s staff worries about Ray’s growing influence on the Veep. Meanwhile, Dan’s nerves begin to fray as Ben gets news that sends him back to D.C. Later, Jonah arrives in London, U.K. to spy for Team Maddox, and Amy leaks a secret.

Starring Mark Ruffalo (The Kids Are All Right), Matt Bomer (WHITE COLLAR), Taylor Kitsch (Lone Survivor), Jim Parsons (THE BIG BANG THEORY), and Julia Roberts (August: Osage County).
