Tiger-Cats and Roughriders go head-to-head in 101st Grey Cup

MONTREAL, November 22, 2013 – This Sunday, all eyes will turn to Regina for ultimate encounter of the 2013 Canadian Football League (CFL) season: the 101st GREY CUP, which pits the HAMILTON TIGER-CATS against the SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDERS at the latter’s home field, Mosaic Stadium. RDS will begin its coverage with a 90 minute pre-game show, starting at 5 p.m.

In conjunction with the 101st GREY CUP game itself, RDS will also broadcast live performances by Canadian band Hedley (SiriusXM Half-Time Show), Saskatchewan rockers The Sheepdogs (Kick-Off Show) and Serena Ryder (national anthem). 

RDS in the Heart of Rider Nation
The RDS team is in Regina, right in the heart of Rider Nation, to provide viewers with full coverage of Canadian football at its finest. Denis Casavant and Pierre Vercheval will provide the play-by-play commentary and game analysis, while host David Arsenault, commentator Matthieu Proulx and reporter Didier Orméjuste will also be on hand for the CFL season’s grand finale.

Starting today, Didier Orméjuste is on the ground in Regina to cover the football teams’ every move for SPORTS 30 and LE 5 À 7.
